How To

Lie prone on the floor with legs straight and feet together. Place the arms in front of the body, with a dowel rod in the hands. Tilt the pelvis posteriorly so that the belly comes off the floor and tighten the glutes. Relax in the legs and neck. Lift off only the arms and the dowel rod from the floor.

Level 3 – arm straight and narrow grip

Keypoints:

  • Relax the legs and neck.
  • Keep the pelvis posteriorly tilted and abs and glutes tight.
  • Keep the feet together.

Tips

Tip 1
