How To
Begin in a cross legged seated position. Sit up tall so you have a straight spine. Close your eyes and bring your focus inward.
Reach your arms all the way up over your head, interlace the fingers, turn the palms inside out, then criss cross your hands behind you, with opposite hands to opposite shoulder blades, elbows pulling straight up into the sky.
Take a big inhale through your nose, then begin breaths of fire.
Once done, relax your hands back on top of your knees, and get back to your fluid rich breathing.
Tips
Exhale forcefully
Your exhales should be powerful and loud. Belly out on inhale, and in on exhale.
