How To

Begin in a cross legged seated position. Sit up tall so you have a straight spine. Close your eyes and bring your focus inward. Raise the arms up to a 60 degree angle. Keep the elbows straight and the shoulders down. Curl the fingertips on to the pads of the palms at the base of the fingers. Thumbs are stretched back, pointing towards each other.

Take a big inhale through your nose, then begin breaths of fire.

Once done, inhale deeply, pause the breath, lift up, and without looking, bring your thumbs to touch. If they can touch easily, you know your electromagnetic field is strong. Open your fingers, exhale and relax your arms down.
