How To
Stand on your knees, make sure that they are parallel to each other and hips are aligned with the knees.
Keeping the chin dropping and the pelvis over the knees, take the hands to the heels. Relax your shoulders down, as you get your shoulder blades close to each other to open up the chest.
This stretches the abdomen, chest, hip flexors and quadriceps. It strengthens the back muscles and improves the flexibility of the spine.
Breathe.
Tips
Tip 1
Tuck your tailbone under and engage your core. With the palms of your hands on your lower back, lengthen up through the crown of your head as you arch your spine back over your feet.
