How To
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Interlock your hands behind your back and keep your back straight. Slowly move your upper-body down, as you bend forward and lift your hands to the sky, feeling the stretch in your hamstrings, calves, arms, & back.
Exhale while you're bending down, and inhale as you come up.
Hold this position for a couple of seconds. Explore how breathing and expanding your lungs helps with stretching in your back & shoulders.
Tips
Tip 1
Draw the shoulder blades towards each other and lift the chest. Exhale and hinge the hips coming forward with the chest. Let the head hang relaxed from the neck.
