How To

This is a stretch that can help with upper back pain.

  • Line up against the wall. Bring your feet out and bend your knees so your lower back is glued against the wall.
  • From here, bring your arms back, keeping your palms up and facing forward
  • Run your arms up against the wall, trying to keep low back glued on the wall. Bring shoulders back and down.
  • If you feel like your shoulders are coming up, then you do not have to go up as far.
