Once you build enough back and core strength with the Tuck Front Lever, you can move to this next progression by pulling your knees away from your chest, while keeping your knees bent.
Tips
Tip 1
The hips should be kept at the same level as the shoulders and head. Practicing in front of a mirror is a good way to keep an eye on your positioning in this area.
