The planche is all about leaning. In order to be able to transition from doing the Tuck Planche to the Advanced Tuck Planche, make sure you are leaning far enough with your shoulders.
By leaning more forward, you move your center of gravity. This makes it possible to bring out your legs.
Most people think your shoulders are doing most of the work when comes to the planche. Your core, however, is just as important, so make sure to strengthen not just the abs, but also the lower back.
Tips
Tip 1
Make sure you protract your scapula to round your back
Tip 2
Tighten your triceps to help straighten your hands.
