Interlock your fingers together, and start rotating your wrist in circular motion.
Switch to the other side.
Tips
Tip 1
Breathe through each rotation. Observe how your wrists are doing. Decide whether your wrists are ready for more intense load on them or if you should switch focus to core exercises.
