Raise your hands up above your shoulders. Open and close your fists repeatedly, at any speed you like.

Keep doing it until you can't anymore, then do some more.

Tips

Tip 1

Build strength in the hands, wrists and forearms. Experiment with different speeds and intensity. Make sure to fully open your hands and to breathe.
