Enter your plank or push up position, start tucking one knee towards your tricep, and then switch (alternate one knee then the other).
Tips
Tip 1
As you do this move, don't lift your hips or let them sag. Instead, maintain a straight line from your head to toes.Try not to let your hips twist as you raise your knee toward your elbow. Squeeze your abs as you bring your knee to your chest.
