How To

Enter your plank position, toes should be pointed in order to slide your feet towards your hands, by compressing your legs towards your upper body.

Make sure your elbows are straight and you are pushing with your shoulders up away from the floor as you compress, lifting your hips up.

Then walk with your hands in front getting back to your plank position, and repeat.

Tips

Tip 1

Put your feet on anything that slides off the floor, like a towel or socks. This exercise is about learning how to use the upper body and core together, so avoid throwing everything into your wrists by pulling more from the low belly.
