How To

Bend your hips down placing your hands on the floor in front of your toes and keeping your legs straight.

Get one flexed foot to touch your wrist and then switch the other foot (altenate). Make sure you shift your weight on to your hands and shoulders keeping your elbows straight and shoulders elevated.

Tips

Tip 1

Shift your shoulders over your wrists and then, leveraging your core, move one leg forward and try to tap the back of your wrist with the toes. If you can’t do it, get some elevation by placing your hands on yoga blocks or getting on your fingertips.
